Flexibility and Convenience: Our customers are able to select a time slot that works best for them and the recipient. We offer a number of slots throughout the day with a minimal cut-off time and deliver withing the selected slot.

Flat Rate: We want our customers to avoid unexpected delivery charges. Therefore, we charge just A$20 flat rate for delivery of any order to any of the serviced suburbs (we cover most of the Adelaide metro area).

Special Holiday Deliveries: We offer delivery services on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas to make your celebrations even more memorable.

Hot Weather Policy: If the weather is forecast to be over 30 degrees Celsius, we may hold off on delivery to ensure the safety and quality of your order. Please ensure someone is available at the address during the chosen delivery time.

On-time Delivery: We take responsibility for on-time delivery to the provided address.

For Funeral Orders: We understand the importance of timely delivery for funerals. Please leave a comment at checkout specifying the service's start time, and we will ensure your order arrives punctually.
