Shop 

  • Customer: Is this an actual shop?

FAA: Thank you for your interest in our shop. We are delighted to tell you that we have a physical shop where you can come and visit us. We also accept orders through phone and our website, so no matter how you prefer to place an order, we have got the perfect solution for you! Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

 

Payment 

  • Customer: Can we pay with credit card from overseas ( for example, from Spain) ? 

FAA: Great to hear that! We accept payments with all major international credit cards and are committed to making sure that our customers from around the world can make seamless transactions. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Do you sell...?

  • Customer: Do you sell flowers by stem?

FAA: Yes, we sell flowers by stem. To place the order visit us in-store or contact us.

  • Customer: Do you sell rose petals?

FAA: We're glad to hear that you're interested in our rose petals! Our rose petals are available on order and can also be purchased through our website or by contacting us directly. We look forward to helping you pick the perfect product for your needs. 

  • Customer: I am hoping to get some baby breath or gypsophila for this Saturday. Just small bunch to pop in my hair.

FAA: Sure, please send us a picture of the hair style and give us a call for the payment details.

  •  Customer: Do you make wrist corsages?

FAA: Thank you for your inquiry! We are pleased to offer a wide variety of pre-made corsages as well as custom orders for fresh and preserved flowers with a one day notice. Please let us know if you have any more questions and we will be happy to help.

 

Custom design and special requirements

  • Customer: If I order product name "Lilia" flowers can I request no white lilies?

FAA: We're happy to accommodate your request. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your order perfect.

 

  • Customer: I was interested in purchasing some flowers at a price $60 as a thank you to an individual. I would like to see how much that would get me if it is possible to get picture. 

FAA: Thank you for your inquiry! We are pleased to arrange and assemble a seasonal bunch of flowers for $60, and can send you a picture of the finished product if requested. Please provide us with your best contact information so we can send it through.

 

 

The same day flower delivery

  • Customer: Good afternoon! If it is possible to send a sympathy flower arrangement for an occasion of my friend's wife death? They live in Hectorville, South Australia. I wish to have the flowers send today please? Thank you.

FAA: Thank you for your inquiry. We are so sorry to hear about your friend's loss. We are happy to be able to assist in sending sympathy flower arrangement today. Please confirm your address and payment details so we can arrange for the delivery. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

  • Customer: I am looking for a florist to send a funeral tribute to Mattiske Funerals. Thank you

FAA: We understand that this is a difficult time for you and your family. We are here to help and make sure that the tribute is sent to Mattiske Funerals in a timely manner.  Thank you for choosing us!

 

Delivery

  • Customer: Do you deliver flowers? 

FAA: Please let us know the type of flowers you'd like us to deliver and we'll do our best to make it happen. We look forward to serving you!

  • Customer: Please note, there is now unlikely to be someone home today. Please leave at back of carport out of sun. 

FAA:  Thank you for the information. That's not a problem. We will place the flowers as instructed. We are also providing a free spare container with water in case no one is home. Please feel free to let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

 

Delivery on Mother's Day

  • Customer: Will these get delivered on Mother's Day at certain time? 

FAA: We understand how important it is to receive the perfect gift on time, and we are committed to ensure that all orders placed for delivery on Mother's Day arrive in time.

 

Delivery on Easter Day

  • Customer: Wondering if you can deliver for Easter today or Saturday? 

FAA: We understand how important it is to receive the perfect gift on time, and we are committed to ensure that all orders placed for delivery on Easter and Saturday arrive in plenty of time.
