Delivery Days and Hours:

We offer both early and late dispatch and delivery services from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing you to choose a convenient time slot for your delivery. Early delivery between 08:30 AM and 10:00 AM is available at the same price, and you can specify your preferred delivery time during checkout. We guarantee delivery by the requested time for early deliveries.

Additional Delivery Information:

For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we offer special delivery services, and we operate as usual on those days.
We reserve the right not to leave flowers or goods at a delivery address when the weather is forecast to be over 25 degrees centigrade. In such cases, orders unable to be left will be returned to Floral Atelier Australia's workshop at 628 Lower North East Road, Campbelltown 5074, SA, to await instructions for redelivery from the customer. Redelivery fees will apply. We will leave a message on the door to inform the recipient of our delivery attempt.
If a mobile number is recorded and correct, a delivery notification SMS will be sent to that number.
For residential addresses, if the courier deems a delivery location unsafe (e.g., locked premises, dogs, inability to leave flowers in a safe place away from public view), the order will be returned to the dispatch address, and redelivery fees will apply. Deliveries including alcohol cannot be left at the front door.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient's name and address details are complete and correct. Please also ensure that someone will be present at the address during the chosen delivery time.
